What to Expect

I am so excited to support you, but it is so important to know that your growth is up to you!  I cannot make you do the work, but I can show up for you and teach you the things I’ve learned that have made my life so special.  I’ll emphasize that my life is not perfect – I am growing and learning everyday, but it is the life I’ve created and I find it to be magical.  I want to share this with you and I’ll do everything I can in our time together to lift you up, identify stories keeping you stuck, help you see and use your incredible power, uncover your gifts and live the life YOU were meant to live.  I’ll share a secret, it’s something that you will LOVE – that’s how you know its for you. 

 My sessions are set up in an amazing way. I assign pre-work and fun homework to prep us for upcoming sessions.  This helps us focus session times to assess what you’ve worked on, make a plan for what you will do next, and dive deep dive into any places you have gotten stuck.

Any attorney would remind me to say “I cannot guarantee specific results…” and while that’s definitely true… I am impossibly confident that your life will be forever changed in the best way following our time together.  I believe so strongly in your capabilities – I can’t wait to help you shine!
